Note to self:
No matter how cold your feet are, do not wear hand-knit socks when the contractors are tiling your kitchen backsplash. You WILL step on a tile full of mortar. Good thing that stuff rinses out, right? Right?

Awww, that really stinks! : ( I hope it does come out. Try some Goof Off or Goo Gone before you wash the socks. I think I feel better now about the time I got up for work, got dressed, and then accidentally stepped in a puddle of cat barf (can't give my cat soft cat food too often, because it always comes right back up), and had to change my socks. Good thing I have wood floors, so the cat's messes wipe right up.
